Group Exercise Class Descriptions
TABATA: Any exercise can be incorporated into the Tabata training. However, in this hour long class the basic outline of the Tabata training method are as follows: • 4 minutes long (whole Tabata Session) • 20 seconds of intense training • 10 seconds of rest • Total of 8 sessions or rounds. It’s intense and its EFFECTIVE!
INTERVAL TRAINING: This hour long class has EVERYTHING you’ve been looking for. This class incorporates cardiovascular exercises both high and low intensity, strength training and CORE all in one. You have nothing to lose but pounds and inches attending this “All In One” class.
SPINNING: Our Spinning classes are done on stationary bikes in our studio with various music settings to create an energized atmosphere. It’s a GREAT class for you off-season cyclists AND runners!
BOOT CAMP: Our class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. We call it "boot camp" because we train groups of people, may be outdoors, and may or may not be similar to military basic training. There are multiple Instructors on board to keep class challenging and SUPER effective!
TRX BODY BLAST: A high-energy exercise class using choreographed movements with heart pounding music on the TRX exercise system. Great full-body work out for all exercise levels.
CARDIO KICKBOXING: If you are looking for an awesome full-body workout, Cardio Kickboxing is for you. Sculpt the body you want with punches, kicks, toning exercises and a great AB workout all in a one-hour class.
PUMP & PEDAL: This class is one stop shopping! We give you 30 minutes of weight training followed by 30 minutes of Spinning. Strength and cardio in one! That is our specialty!
20 for 30: Twenty intervals in thirty minutes. Come and experience twenty, ninety-second intervals using exercises with guaranteed results!
